Now, local business partners Rick Engel and Mark Turner have reinvigorated this eatery, offering boat slips, a new bar, live music several days a week, several flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, dockside delivery direct to your boat and more.
Along with the new delicious culinary offerings (and the classic fare), Ski Shores will now offer a wait staff for table seating, a gated playscape area for kids, a game room and so much more. As Rick Engel, Restaurant Freedome CEO and co-founder says, “We are delighted to revive and update an Austin institution, keeping the great feel of Ski Shores intact, as a great place for families, boaters and our Lake Austin neighbors.
